Privacy Policy

Effective June 21, 2026

Creagh Law respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects and how it is handled.

What we collect

If you email Tom Creagh using the address on this site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. This website also uses Google Analytics, which collects standard technical information about visits — such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and a truncated IP address — using cookies. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

Email information is used only to respond to your inquiry. Analytics information is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Analytics data is processed by Google, which may store and process it on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. We share information only where required by law.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept as long as needed for any work we perform, and other emails may be retained longer for archival and reference purposes. Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings, as amended from time to time.

Your choices and rights

You can decline analytics cookies through your browser settings or by using an opt-out tool. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted, by contacting us below. We will respond within 30 days.
